is a semi-dry Thuringer Cervelot style sausage spiced with caraway and juniper berries. The face or look of this salami is light pink with ground black pepper and caraway seeds.

Paired with: Liptauer Cheese (a spreadable spicy Slovakian milk cheese) and Riesling Wine (a white wine originated in Germany's Rhein and Mosel River valleys). The salami is ideal for a Potato Salad.

Juicy Scandal

is an Italian Soppressata dry salami that has a medium heat with red chili flakes and cinnamon on the front of the pallet. The face of this salami pink spotted with red chili flakes and whole peppercorns.

Paired with: Calvados (a French Brandy) and sliced apples. Muffalatta sandwich is great use of this salami.

is an Italian Finocchiona dry salami fennel rich and a layer of tartness from sumac. The face of this salami light pink with fennel seeds and whole peppercorns.

Paired with: Sauvignon Blanc (a green-skinned grape variety which originates from the Bordeaux region of France) and Asiago Cheese (an Italian cow’s milk cheese). A seasonal mixed green salad with vinaigrette can be made with this salami.

is a French Saucisson Sec (dry sausage). A sweet punch of cardamom and orange comes through on this sausage. The face of this salami is ruby red with ground black pepper.

Paired with: Nordic Glogg a mulled wine and Brie cheese. The salami can be used in whit bean cassoulet.
